Geelong Pinot Noir
Wine
Provenance Geelong Pinot Noir is a small batch wine from the Darriwill Vineyard, planted on a steep slope in the Moorabool Valley, Geelong.
The fruit is sorted and partially destemmed, with a portion remaining as whole bunches. Following open fermentation with wild yeasts, the wine rests for two weeks on skins. It is then pressed and transferred to French oak barrels to age.
Crimson ruby, Provenance Geelong Pinot Noir is driven by earthy, forest floor flavours and satiny tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
